West Tamar fruit, Pinot Noir from our own vineyard, Cabernet and Syrah from neighbouring vineyard, hand-picked, destemmed, 24 hours on skins, gently pressed, fermentation in stainless steel, 5 months on full lees, no malo, gentle filtration, screwcap.
Pale pink. Open, inviting nose, medium intensity. Fresh red fruit with strawberry, cranberry aromatics.
Fresh acid attack, slight fizz, medium body, some phenolics, a lengthy finish on fruit aromatics.
