Bright lemon yellow, lime rind, yellow stone fruit and a hint of flint stone in the nose with an underlying subtle oak character. Fresh attack with crisp acidity, well balanced mid mouth and a long finish.
A fresher style cool climate Chardonnay that will show its true potential over the next few years. Serve around 12 degrees with some soft cheese, fish or creamy pasta.
