East Tamar fruit, whole bunch pressed into new and old French oak puncheons, slow ferment, partial malo, 12 months on full lees, gentle filtration, screwcap.
Dandelion yellow. Flint and yellow stone fruit, slight citrus with subtle roasted hazelnut and butterscotch characters on the nose.
Mellow attack, medium to full bodied, fresh acid backbone.
