East Tamar fruit, mainly destemmed, small fraction whole bunch, wild ferment, extended time on skins, basket pressed into mainly old French oak barrels, unfined, unfiltered, screwcap.
Dark burgundy red. Earthy, underwood flavours combined with spiced plum and slight floral (violet) character.
Soft attack, slight grip on the fore mouth, medium body with good volume and lengthy finish.
